who we are
Greg and Caity Graves.Just a couple of parents in the hood juggling jobs, side jobs, kids activties, family, hobbies, dreams, and a black lab named Rick. We love Linden Hills and are passionate about this community and making connections within it. Greg has also spent the majority of his career working for a specialty coffee importer, connecting roasters of all sizes to coffee supply chains around the globe.
the coffee
Just one...for now.It hails from a southern Ethiopian farm and washing station called Suke Quto (pronounced soo-kay koo-toe), from Greg’s long-time professional supply chain partner, Tesfaye Bekele. It’s remarkably consistent harvest to harvest, and incredibly adaptable to many brewing methods. Over the years, we have found that it’s a coffee that really sticks out to family and friends. It’s subtle and balanced, perfect for the morning coffee ritual. Profile? Think sugarcane, vanilla, lemon, and floral.This batch was picked during the 24/25 Ethiopian harvest, and arrived to the U.S. in September of 2025. It's fresh.

Single origin specialty coffee, at an approachable price point.$15 per bag - 16 oz in the roaster, for just over 14 oz (after moisture loss) of whole bean coffee delivered within Linden Hills.Mass-market grocery options typically cost $0.80–1.00/oz for low grade coffees. Specialty shops often charge $1.80–2.00/oz for the exact same coffee we’re roasting. Both are increasingly offered in small, 10-12 oz bags. We're landing around $1.06/oz for 14+ oz — top specialty quality without the specialty overheads.By focusing on a niche neighborhood market and brand simplicity, we can deliver top bang for your buck.
