From the block, for the neighborhood.
Greg and Caity Graves. Just a couple of parents in the hood juggling jobs, side jobs, kids actives, family, hobbies, dreams, and a black lab named Rick. We love Linden Hills and are passionate about this community and making connections within it. Greg has also spent the majority of his career working for a specialty coffee importer, connecting roasters of all sizes to coffee supply chains around the globe.
Super high-quality coffee, at an approachable price point. Too good to be true in today’s world? See it to believe it.
There’s only one right now! It hails from a southern Ethiopian farm and washing station called Suke Quto (pronounced soo-kay koo-toe), from our friend and Greg’s long-time professional supply chain partner, Tesfaye Bekele. It’s remarkably consistent harvest to harvest, and incredibly adaptable to many brewing methods. Over the years, we have found that it’s the one coffee that really sticks out to family and friends. It’s not exotic or weird in the cup, but certainly eye-opening versus run-of-the-mill grocery store coffees. It’s subtle and balanced, perfect for the morning coffee ritual. Profile? Think sugarcane, vanilla, lemon, and floral. This batch was picked during the 24/25 Ethiopian harvest, and arrived to the U.S. in September of 2025. It's fresh.
$15 - A pound in the hopper, for slightly less than a pound (moisture loss from roasting) delivered to you.
Knock on our door. Text us. Drop a note in the mailbox. Yell over the fence. Whatever works. We’d love to hand it over in person, and our boys will probably want to help with that.
